Project Coordinator \n Nottingham - £30,000 \n \n An established Nottingham construction consultancy is hiring a Project Coordinator to join its team. A busy studio with a varied portfolio, and a coordination role that sits at the heart of how live building projects and their finances move through the practice. \n \n You'll be the person keeping the wheels turning on live construction projects: finances, paperwork, statutory approvals, site logistics, and daily support to the leadership team. \n \n A solid role for someone with a coordination or admin background who wants to be embedded in project delivery. \n \n The Project Coordinator role, day to day: \n\n • Keeping project finances moving: purchase orders, invoicing, tracking budgets against forecasts, and managing supplier and client billing.\n, • Running the paperwork on live construction projects: RFIs, Early Warning registers, and chasing up outstanding actions to keep schemes on track.\n, • Handling statutory approval submissions and liaising with local authorities and other external stakeholders.\n, • Looking after document control: drawing registers, project management platforms, keeping everything in the right place at the right time.\n, • Coordinating site visit logistics for internal staff and subcontractors, from prep to follow-up.\n, • Providing daily admin support to the Director, Design Manager and Office Manager: diary management, meeting coordination, keeping the operational wheels turning.\n, • The usual mix of office admin too: travel bookings, timesheets, office supplies, and formatting the odd document.\n\n \n What we're looking for in this Project Coordinator: \n\n • Previous experience in an admin, project coordination or office support role. Construction or built environment background is welcome, though not essential.\n, • Strong organisational skills, comfortable managing multiple priorities and hitting deadlines.\n, • Excellent attention to detail, particularly with project and financial information.\n, • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).\n, • Confident communicator, able to build positive working relationships across the team, with clients, and with external stakeholders.\n, • Experience with document control systems, project management software or financial management systems is a plus.\n, • Ability to work independently while supporting a wider team in a fast-paced environment.\n\n \n Why this Project Coordinator role in Nottingham is worth a look: \n\n • Flexible and remote working options.\n, • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, plus a festive shutdown.\n, • Regular salary reviews and benchmarking.\n, • Competitive company pension scheme.\n, • Health cash plan.\n, • Professional membership support.\n, • Cycle to work scheme, on-site parking, season ticket loan.\n, • Death in service benefit.\n, • Early finish incentives when practice targets are hit.\n, • Additional volunteering leave (up to 2 days).\n, • Health and mental wellness programmes.\n, • A collaborative, values-led studio culture.\n\n \n Sound like the kind of role you're interested in?
