    Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Domestic Carer/Helper to look after our 90 year old mother at night time. In this vital role, you will assist with daily Care duties, household chores, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include ensuring our mother has comfortable nights, preparing meals, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent service to support the smooth running of the household. AS OUR MOTHER IS UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND/EXPRESS HERSELF IN ENGLISH, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU ARE A FEMALE CONVERSANT WITH URDU/HINDI & A GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF PUNJABI WILL BE HELPFUL. Responsibilities • Assist and perform general night time carer duties, cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and organizing living spaces to maintain a tidy and hygienic environment, • Prepare and cook nutritious meals according to household preferences and dietary requirements, • Assist with laundry, ironing, and wardrobe organization to keep clothing and linens fresh and well-maintained, • Manage janitorial tasks such as waste disposal, bathroom sanitation, and surface cleaning to uphold high standards of cleanliness, • Provide courteous customer service by attending to household members’ needs promptly and professionally, • Support with grocery shopping, inventory management, and restocking household supplies as needed, • Ensure safety protocols are followed during all cleaning and cooking activities to maintain a secure home environment Qualifications • Proven experience in domestic carer & domestic cleaning work is highly desirable, • Skilled in cooking with knowledge of Indo/Pak cuisines or dietary restrictions preferred, • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and respectful attitude towards household members, • Prior experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is a plus, • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and excellent time management skills, • Flexibility to adapt to household routines and specific needs of the family or residents Join us in creating a warm, clean, and welcoming family home environment!
