Assist with meetings, reviews and continuous improvement activities. Skills & Experience Previous experience working within adult social care, support work or a similar care environment. Experience supervising, mentoring or supporting colleagues would be highly desirable. Strong understanding of person-centred care and supporting individuals to live as independently as possible. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships. Confident working with support plans, risk assessments and care documentation. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and support a team effectively. Calm, patient and proactive approach when dealing with different situations. Understanding of safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of vulnerable adults. Willingness to undertake training and continue professional development.
