Purus Healthcare is looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and highly skilled Registered General Nurse (RGN) as a Bank Nurse to join the team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care while maintaining professional standards and ensuring the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of patients. PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT OFFERING ANY COS. Key Responsibilities • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care., • Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with clinical guidelines., • Monitor patients' conditions and accurately document clinical observations., • Work collaboratively with doctors, allied healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams., • Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatments, and discharge plans., • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions., • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and professional standards., • Adhere to infection prevention and control policies., • Promote patient safety, confidentiality, and safeguarding practices., • Participate in clinical audits, training, and continuous professional development. Essential Requirements • Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC Pin)., • Degree or Diploma in Nursing., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team., • Good knowledge of UK healthcare standards and clinical governance., • Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach. Desirable Qualifications • Previous atleast 6 months of NHS or UK Residential Care Home/ Nursing Home healthcare experience.
