    Pay: £12.71 per hour Job Description: Earl's Court Medical Centre has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time and Part-Time Medical Receptionist to join our welcoming and forward thinking Practice team on a full-time and part-time basis. Your normal pattern of working will be Monday - Friday, within the hours of 8am-6:30pm. Interested applicants must have primary care and SystmOne experience. Key Responsibilities include: • Greeting and assisting patients at the reception desk, • Managing appointments, cancellations and patients enquiries, • Answering telephone calls and directing queries appropriately, • Processing repeat prescription requests, • Supporting the administrative and clinical team with day-to-day tasks, • Maintaining confidentially and ensuring accurate record- keeping, • Processing ingoing and outgoing patient records This is a patient facing role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a calm, efficient approach to working in a fast paced environment. About us Earls Court Medical Centre is a friendly and supportive GP Practice located in Central/West London, serving a diverse patient population of approximately 6,800 patients. Our multidisciplinary team includes experienced GPs, Clinical Pharmacists, Practice Nurses, HCA and social prescribers, all supported by a skilled administrative and care navigation team.
