We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established SME Main Contractor within their Planned Works division. \n \n This role will see you leading the delivery of a major refurbishment project on a 12-storey residential building, involving a complete strip-out and full internal rebuild of residential units. This is a challenging, technically demanding project that requires an organised and proactive Site Manager with experience delivering complex refurbishment schemes. \n \n Working closely with the Contracts Manager and project team, you will be responsible for ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. \n \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Manage the day-to-day operations of a large residential refurbishment project.\n, • Oversee subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.\n, • Drive programme performance while maintaining exceptional quality standards.\n, • Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.\n, • Coordinate deliveries, logistics and site activities.\n, • Liaise with clients, residents, consultants and the wider project team.\n, • Maintain accurate site records and reporting throughout the project.\n\n \n Requirements \n\n • Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale refurbishment or planned works projects.\n, • Experience managing complex residential or high-rise refurbishment schemes is highly desirable.\n, • Strong leadership and communication skills.\n, • Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme delivery.\n, • Excellent health and safety knowledge.\n\n \n Essential Qualifications \n\n • SMSTS\n, • CSCS Card\n, • First Aid at Work\n\n \n What's on Offer \n\n • Opportunity to join a growing and respected SME Main Contractor.\n, • Work on a significant, high-profile refurbishment project.\n, • Supportive and collaborative team environment.\n, • Competitive salary and package.\n, • Long-term career progression within an expanding Planned Works division.\n\n
