Graphic Designer – 2 Vacancies \n \n Full time at our Newcastle studio | £25,000 to £35,000 depending on experience \n At Blumilk we’re looking for one or two graphic designers to join the team full time at our studio in Newcastle. We have a steady stream of work across sectors like Utilities, Transport, Health and Education, with clients who value clear, professional, well-crafted design. \n We’re hiring for two slightly different roles. Read both and tell us which one sounds like you. Role 1: Creative Designer\n We need someone full of ideas who is also happy to get stuck into the day-to-day churn of a busy studio. One day you might be working up creative concepts, the next you’re turning around social assets, slide decks, infographics and brand collateral. You work at pace and you’re comfortable switching between quick requests and blank page briefs. Role 2: Layout and Production Designer\n We need a safe pair of hands. The core of this role is long-form work: annual reports, strategy documents, prospectuses and research papers. These are often complex, data heavy and text heavy, and they need a high level of technical precision. \n You should be an expert in InDesign (styles, master pages, managing large files without them breaking) with a real eye for typography. Baseline grids, and clean layouts matter here. You don’t flinch at large page counts or multiple rounds of amends, and you can work quickly without letting the quality slip.
