The Role As Bar Manager, you will take ownership of the bar operation, leading a talented team and ensuring consistently high standards across service, drinks quality and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop the bar team to deliver exceptional service. Drive drinks quality, menu knowledge and a passion for creating memorable experiences. Ensure every drink served meets the highest standards. Manage stock control, ordering, audits and bar profitability. Monitor GP performance and support commercial targets. Train and coach the team to develop skills and confidence. Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, compliance and health & safety. Stay calm under pressure and lead the team through busy services. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for an enthusiastic Bar Manager with: Previous experience managing a busy bar operation within a high-volume hospitality environment. Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people. Excellent knowledge of cocktails, drinks service and guest experience. A commercial mindset with experience managing stock and GP. A hands-on approach and the ability to inspire a team.
