Catering Supervisor £13.77 per hour 16 Hours per Week Friday: 6:00pm - 11:00pm Saturday & Sunday: 6:00pm - 11:30pm Lead the Evening Service We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Catering Supervisor to take charge of our evening catering operation. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead the team, ensure exceptional customer service, and help deliver a smooth and successful service every shift. What You'll Be Doing Leading and motivating the evening catering team to deliver an outstanding customer experience Preparing and serving fresh food to customers while maintaining high food quality standards Managing stock levels, completing stock takes, and ensuring products are available and well-presented Handling cashing up procedures and ensuring accurate financial controls at the end of service Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards throughout the shift Taking responsibility for the smooth running of the operation in the absence of senior management What We're Looking For Previous culinary or food preparation experience within a catering, hospitality, or food service environment Experience supervising or managing a team Strong customer service and communication skills Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices Organised, reliable, and confident making decisions independently A positive attitude with a passion for delivering great food and service Personality behind every plate Dine provides tailored food services to 140 clients in the business and industry sector.
