Customer Service Representative | Events \n Sutton, Surrey (Office-Based) \n Full-Time \n 30-32k \n \n The Opportunity \n Our client is a well-established and growing organisation that provides technology-driven contractor management and payment solutions to businesses across the hospitality sector. They are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their close-knit team in Sutton. \n This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service while working in a varied role that combines client support, administration and payment processing. \n \n The Role \n As the first point of contact for clients and contractors, you'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience. You'll be responsible for resolving queries, supporting onboarding, processing payments and helping to maintain high levels of compliance across a diverse contractor network. \n \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Act as the first point of contact for client and contractor enquiries, providing timely and professional support.\n, • Process payments and carry out cost reconciliations with a high degree of accuracy.\n, • Coordinate the onboarding of new clients and contractors, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.\n, • Prepare, maintain and update reports using internal systems and Microsoft Office.\n, • Carry out contractor compliance checks, ensuring all documentation and regulatory requirements are up to date.\n, • Provide general administrative support to the wider team.\n, • Assist with tender submissions and other business support activities as required.\n\n \n About You \n We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate: \n\n • Previous experience within a customer service, customer support or administration role.\n, • Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with financial information or reconciliations.\n, • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.\n, • Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.\n, • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.\n, • A willingness to learn new systems and develop knowledge of industry processes.\n, • Must be a reasonable commute from the office in Sutton\n\n \n Additional Information \n The successful candidate will support a varied contractor base spanning multiple service sectors, making this an interesting and diverse position with plenty of opportunity to develop new knowledge. \n The role also includes participation in a shared out-of-hours emergency phone rota, covering a limited number of evenings and weekends throughout the year. \n \n What's on Offer \n\n • Join a supportive and collaborative team environment.\n, • A varied role with genuine responsibility from day one.\n, • The opportunity to develop your skills within a growing organisation.\n, • Office-based position in Sutton, Surrey.\n\n, • \n
