Newberry Projects is seeking a highly organized, design-focused Project Manager to oversee the coordination and delivery of luxury residential interior design projects worldwide. Working closely with the Principal Designer, clients, contractors, architects, vendors, and trades, the Project Manager will help ensure each project is executed efficiently while maintaining the studio's design vision and standards. Key Responsibilities • Oversee luxury interior design projects from design development through installation and completion, • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, meetings, and approvals across international projects, • Liaise with clients, contractors, architects, fabricators, suppliers, and other project partners, • Review and coordinate drawings, specifications, furniture plans, elevations, and design documentation, • Assist with sourcing, procurement, order tracking, installations, and FF&E coordination, • Maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, specifications, and internal documentation, • Support the preparation and organization of client presentations and design packages, • Attend site visits, installations, supplier meetings, and other in-person project requirements as needed Qualifications • Previous experience in interior design, architecture, project management, or a related design field, • Strong understanding of high-end residential design and project delivery, • Fluency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Canva, • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills, • Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, • Comfortable communicating professionally with clients, contractors, vendors, and international project teams, • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a creative team Role Structure This is a hybrid position offering flexibility between remote work and in-person responsibilities. The successful candidate must have flexible availability for site visits, installations, client meetings, and other on-site project requirements as projects demand. As Newberry Projects works across international locations, the role may occasionally require flexibility when coordinating across different time zones and project schedules. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and understands how to balance the creative vision of a luxury interior design studio with the practical requirements of delivering complex projects.
