As the business enters an exciting phase of growth and commercial scale-up, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Engineering Programme Manager to help drive the successful delivery of complex engineering programmes. The role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded Programme Manager who enjoys bringing structure, pace, and accountability to technically complex projects. Working across engineering, operations, commercial, and supply chain teams, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring programmes are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering programmes., • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, operations, commercial, and supply chain., • Develop and maintain integrated programme plans and a Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP)., • Manage programme schedules, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and recovery plans., • Oversee supplier and EPC contractor performance, ensuring commercial and contractual objectives are achieved., • Provide clear programme reporting and strategic updates to senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders., • Establish effective programme governance, controls, and reporting processes. Requirements: • Significant programme management experience within engineering, manufacturing, industrial technology, or infrastructure., • A proven track record of delivering or recovering complex engineering programmes., • Strong programme planning, scheduling, governance, risk, and resource management skills., • Experience managing EPC contracts or major engineering suppliers., • The ability to lead multidisciplinary technical, operational, and commercial teams., • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills., • Experience working within a scale-up, R&D, or innovation-led environment would be highly advantageous.
