With over 40 years experience, Argent FM is a facilities and property maintenance company providing a whole spectrum of services including electrical works, HVAC, Commercial Gas, plumbing, carpentry, water hygiene, painting and decorating, plastering, and many, many more.As Account Executive Team Leader, you will oversee the operation of our Account Executive (AE) team. The AEs are responsible for a pool of Commercial clients and also serve as support to our Account Management Team with regards to client inquiries. The AE team are collectively responsible for many of our clients, and as Leader of that team, you will ensure the Team is working collaboratively to ensure all aligned clients are attended to accordingly.The AE team manage all processes for relevant client works including correctly logging jobs, liaising with our Engineers and keeping clients up-to-date of all progress. By providing an efficient and timely service including regular, effective and professional communications they help retain our long-standing client relationships by interacting with clients regularly to provide updates on progress of works, using excellent client service and relationship management skills and, over time, comprehensive knowledge of the companys services and processes.As Team Leader, you will ensure the Team are working as expected with all admin processes being adhered to and all team and personal KPIs and SLAs met. Strong leadership skills and a client-focused mindset are essential.Main duties and responsibilities include:Overseeing the Account Executive Team, ensuring they are working collaboratively and effectively, with all relevant client queries addressed promptly and effectively;Using our company CAFM system (BigChange) to carry out daily and weekly monitoring of Team KPIs to ensure they are being met;Individual Line Management of all AEs, including 1-2-1s and any development plans required;Acting as escalation point via both telephone and email with the AEs clients, addressing concerns and resolving any conflicts that arise, further escalating to the Account Management team and or SMT/SLT as appropriate;Provide Client Service & Operations Director with weekly report of KPIs;Working closely with Field Engineers to ensure they are fully appraised of client needs/expectations;Where needed, assist Team with AE duties;Communicating efficiently and professionally with clients to understand their needs and recommending the most suitable services to improve satisfaction;To be successful, you must possess:Strong leadership/management skills honed from experience;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Proven client service and interpersonal skills;Excellent attention to detail;Outstanding administration capabilities;Ease with collaborative/team-workThe ability to work autonomously as needed;Proactivity and a solutions-focussed approach to problem-solving;A strong commercial focus and understanding;Good IT and software skills;Strong time management and personal organisational skills;FM or Block Management experience is desirable, but not essential as on-the-job sector training is given.If you are interested in the role, please apply before 5pm Friday 28 th August 2026.TPBN1_UKTJ
