We're looking for someone who • Has HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor experience in hospitality, retail or another fast-paced customer facing multi-site business. · Has strong employee relations knowledge, including confidence managing complex cases and a solid understanding of UK employment law. · Is CIPD qualified or working towards qualification; however, practical, commercial HR experience and strong judgement are just as important. • Builds trust quickly and enjoys coaching and supporting managers., • Brings a practical, solutions-focused approach. · Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in getting the important things right, especially when handling sensitive people matters. • Understands that every conversation matters., • Loves working with people as much as processes., • Wants to help create workplaces where everyone feels welcome and supported.
