Key Responsibilities • Plan, create and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube., • Produce short-form videos, photos, graphics, captions and other engaging content., • Develop and manage a consistent social media content calendar., • Film and edit videos for social media campaigns and everyday posts., • Write clear, engaging captions that reflect our brand’s tone of voice., • Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for relevant content., • Respond to comments and messages while helping to build an active online community., • Work with the wider team to support campaigns, promotions, events and product launches., • Review content performance and use insights to improve future posts., • Ensure all content is accurate, on-brand and published on schedule., • Create business digital collaterals Skills and Experience • Previous experience creating content for brands, businesses or personal social media channels., • A strong understanding of major social media platforms and how their audiences differ., • Confident filming and editing short-form video content., • Experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud or similar software., • Strong written communication and copywriting skills., • A good eye for design, photography and visual storytelling., • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines., • Creative, proactive and comfortable appearing on camera when required., • Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting is an advantage.

Purpose of the Internship The purpose of this internship is to provide practical, hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, community engagement, and brand development within an early-stage startup environment. The internship is designed to support the intern’s professional growth while contributing meaningfully to Solfinds’ mission of inspiring people to discover extraordinary travel experiences. Internship Duration This is a 7 months programme. The internship will initially be reviewed after 90 days to discuss progress, development, and future opportunities. Expected Commitment Expected working hours: 20 hours per week. Expected Work style: Remote. Working hours and responsibilities may be adjusted by mutual agreement as the needs of the business evolve. Responsibilities The intern may be involved in activities including, but not limited to: • Creating engaging social media content., • Researching travel destinations and trends., • Supporting community engagement across social platforms., • Assisting with content planning and scheduling., • Generating creative campaign ideas., • Monitoring content performance and suggesting improvements., • Supporting marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns., • Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas. Supervision & Development The intern will work under the guidance of the Solfinds leadership team. Regular feedback, mentoring, and development discussions will be provided to support learning, creativity, and professional growth. Questions, ideas, and initiative are encouraged throughout the internship. However, we require an intern confident to work with and without supervision. Internship Status This internship is currently unpaid. As Solfinds is an early-stage startup, the internship is offered as a learning and professional development opportunity rather than paid employment. Should the business grow to a stage where paid opportunities become available, interns who have demonstrated commitment, professionalism, and strong performance may be considered for future paid positions. However, this internship does not guarantee future employment or remuneration.     About the Job The founder is launching a podcast and we are seeking a confident London university student with a genuine interest in business and tech to produce and host our weekly podcast and create short-form clips using CapCut. The role does not require deep background research or long-form editing, full briefs will be provided for each episode, and a freelance editor will handle the heavy editing. This role suits someone who enjoys discussing business and tech, is comfortable on camera, and is looking for genuine on-camera experience without the demands of full production work. • Hours: 3-4 hours per week (flexible around university timetables), • Pay: £16/hour, • Location: London (in-person and remote), • Contract: Freelance (Sole Trader, reporting to Founder) Key Responsibilities • Produce and host the video podcast: This will require being on camera. Lead each weekly episode, interviewing the guest and maintaining an engaging, on-topic conversation for a business and tech audience, • Create clips: Use CapCut to turn standout moments into vertical, captioned clips for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, • Handoff: Send raw files to the editor and schedule the weekly clips Requirements • Confident in front of camera with excellent conversational skills, • Genuine interest in business and tech, this matters more than formal experience, • Proficiency with CapCut (auto-captions and basic trimming), • Based in London (preferably near Shoreditch), • Student (preferably British students), • Mandarin proficiency is a nice-to-have, not a requirement, it is considered a bonus but will not count against candidates who do not have it
