Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and energy efficiency projects. Production of detail technical quotations - including correct parts and labour times required to ensure profitability, cost control and client satisfaction. Maintain strict compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Work flexible working hours to suit business requirements. Escalate issues to Supervisor/Contract Manager immediately. Collaborate effectively with a skilled team to achieve client objectives. To liaise with specialist sub-contractors and engineers with other disciplines to ensure the efficient operation of the plant / area without disruption to the client. Skills and Experience Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and fault finding. Additional skills in electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g., 18th Edition, plumbing, etc.). Strong understanding of health and safety regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Be able to operate SMART devices and complete electronic documentation. Strong fault-finding experience is essential in this role, and you will be expected to carry out works on traditional plant equipment right through to more modern systems Specific Qualifications NVQ Level 2 Air Conditioning FGAS Cat 1 Electrical qualifications would be beneficial.
