Dolphin Homes is recruiting a Bank Support Worker to join our dedicated team at our Supported Living service in Worthing, supporting individuals with mental health diagnoses and mild learning disabilities. The opportunity available: • Sunday sleep-in shift 10pm to 8am (awake 7am to 8am), • Bank contract flexible shifts to suit your availability Whether you are looking for a regular weekly commitment or occasional flexible shifts, we would love to hear from you. What Will You Be Doing? As a Bank Support Worker at our Worthing service, no two shifts are the same. You will provide practical, emotional, and personal support to help the individuals we support live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives in their own home. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: • Providing personal care and supporting daily routines, • Supporting individuals with mental health needs with patience and understanding, • Assisting with dietary plans and meal preparation, • Teaching life skills to promote independence, • Supporting individuals within the local Worthing community, • Accompanying service users on activities and outings And the activities are genuinely something special: Theme parks, Swimming, Horse riding, Cinema, UK and abroad holidays, Arts and crafts, Concerts, Cycling, Baking and much more!
