    London

It started with a little oven in a backyard... Twelve years on, that same energy has taken us to 17 shops across London, with shop 18 just around the corner (and plenty more to come!). Along the way, we've thrown some pretty unforgettable parties, teamed up with incredible people, raised money for causes close to us and served a lot of pizza to our neighbourhoods. Through it all, one thing hasn't changed, we've always done things our way: handmade, hand-delivered and always local at heart. We're a team of passionate people who love great food, good vibes and doing things our own way. We take pride in every pizza we make and bring energy, care and personality to every shift. As we continue to grow across London, we're looking for people who bring the buzz, give a sh*t, support their teammates and genuinely care about creating brilliant experiences for our customers and communities. It's a fast-paced, friendly environment where everyone plays a part in our success and has fun along the way. Now we're at a seriously exciting point of growth and we're looking for an Operations Manager to join our Operations Team and help shape what's next! You'll play a huge part in creating a culture where our teams love coming to work, our customers love ordering from us and every shop consistently delivers the Yard Sale Pizza experience. What you'll be doing: • Leading and supporting five Yard Sale Pizza shops to deliver exceptional operational performance, customer experience and profitability., • Coaching, developing and motivating management teams to build high performing teams and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement., • Taking ownership of sales, labour, food costs and overall P&L performance across your shops, identifying opportunities and implementing action plans to drive results., • Monitoring labour deployment and productivity to ensure every shop delivers outstanding service whilst maintaining efficient labour costs., • Driving industry leading delivery performance by improving out the door times, driver dispatch and operational efficiency., • Ensuring every single pizza leaving the kitchen meets Yard Sale Pizza's product and brand standards., • Conducting regular operational audits covering food safety, health & safety, equipment maintenance and compliance to ensure every shop operates to the highest standards., • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and development of management teams and shop teams, creating strong succession plans and a "Plan B" culture across your shops., • Working closely with GM's and marketing to deliver local marketing initiatives, community partnerships and sales driving opportunities., • Reviewing customer feedback, identifying trends and implementing long-term solutions to improve product quality, delivery performance and guest satisfaction., • Building strong relationships with your shop teams through regular visits, coaching sessions and hands-on operational support., • Using reporting and operational data to identify opportunities, improve performance and ensure every shop consistently achieves its KPIs.
