Regional PBS Practitioner – Adult Social CareLearning Disabilities / Autism – Residential & Supported Living£38,000 + £5,000 Car AllowanceFull-time, PermanentHome-based with regional travel (covering Northamptonshire and the North of East Anglia, including Ipswich, Colchester, and Norwich) To apply for this role, you must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own car Compass Associates are delighted to be working exclusively with a national provider supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. This home-based role plays a key part in delivering Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) across services throughout Northamptonshire and the Northeast Anglia region, including Ipswich, Colchester, and Norwich. The successful candidate will ideally be based in Cambridgeshire due to its central location to the services.
