Due to high demand, we are looking for a Cleaning Operative to join us as a Route Assistant, with the opportunity to progress to Route Manager for a new route. The role will begin with training in the Molly Maid way of working before progressing to leading your own team. Responsibilities include: • Driving your team in a company car, • Cleaning customers’ homes to a consistently high standard, • Liaising with customers and ensuring they are satisfied with the service, • Guiding assistants and checking that work is completed correctly, • Managing navigation and time effectively, • Ensuring the company car and cleaning equipment are properly maintained You will need: • At least six months’ experience in the cleaning industry, • Excellent attention to detail and high standards of work, • Leadership and communication skills, • Excellent customer service skills, • A full, clean manual UK driving licence, • Fluent spoken English, due to the communication required in the role This is a full-time, permanent employed position. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. We do not operate at weekends, in the evenings or on bank holidays, although the exact number of hours worked may vary depending on the daily schedule.
