Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and intricate nail art designs with precision and care
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards
- Provide excellent guest services by listening to client preferences and offering personalized recommendations
- Manage appointment scheduling at the front desk, ensuring smooth flow of client flow and timely service delivery
- Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, makeup application, or deep tissue massage to enhance guest experience
- Engage with clients via social media management to promote services, special offers, and upcoming events
- Assist with managing the salon’s overall guest experience, including handling inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar beauty service role; certification/license required where applicable
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to perform detailed nail work including intricate designs and creative art techniques
- Knowledge of current trends in nail fashion, makeup application, and related beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions and deep tissue massage
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Management skills or experience preferred for overseeing appointments or assisting with salon operations
- Familiarity with social media management tools to promote services and engage with clients online
