This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with both the sales and marketing teams, helping them make better decisions through accurate reporting, automation and meaningful insight.As a CRM and Marketing Automation Manager, you will be responsible for:Managing and optimising the marketing automation platformBuilding automated customer journeys and lead nurturing campaignsCreating and improving workflows, lead scoring, and segmentationSupporting multi-channel marketing campaigns from set-up through to reportingProducing dashboards and reports that give clear commercial insightMonitoring campaign performance and recommending improvementsWorking with sales to improve lead management and pipeline visibilityMaintaining CRM data quality and GDPR complianceIdentifying opportunities to automate manual processesSupporting future system developments and integrationsKeeping up to date with new marketing automation and AI technologiesWhat we are looking for as a CRM and Marketing Automation Manager:At least two years' experience working with marketing automation platformsHubSpot experience would be a real advantageStrong analytical skills and enjoys working with dataExperience creating reports, dashboards and performance metricsGood understanding of CRM systems, lead management and customer journeysExperience working closely with both marketing and sales teamsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailThe ability to explain technical information in a straightforward wayA proactive approach and enjoys finding better ways of workingFamiliar with GDPR and best practice in data compliance and customer data handlingKnowledge of Revenue Operations (RevOps), Google Analytics, WordPress or AI marketing tools would be beneficial but isn't essential.If you're looking for a role where you can combine marketing, technology and data to make a real commercial impact, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
