Kitchen Porter/kitchen assistant and Waiter / Waitress - Mexterra - Southborough

We are recruiting for a variety of restaurant team roles, including front-of-house, counter service, food runners, kitchen assistants, and general restaurant team members.
Responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming and assisting customers
- Taking dine-in and takeaway orders
- Operating the POS/till system
- Serving food and drinks
- Preparing simple non-alcoholic drinks
- Running food to tables
- Assisting with takeaway and collection orders
- Supporting the kitchen team with basic food preparation and packing
- Keeping the restaurant clean, organised, and ready for service
- Helping colleagues during busy periods
- Delivering excellent customer service
We're looking for people who are:
- Friendly and confident with customers
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive and hardworking
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Able to work evenings and weekends
- Good team players who are willing to help across different areas of the restaurant
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is welcome but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidates.
