Responsibilities • Take ownership of your designated section and ensure it operates efficiently during service., • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard., • Assist with daily mise en place and kitchen preparation., • Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety standards., • Monitor stock levels within your section and assist with ordering and stock rotation., • Minimise waste and support effective portion control., • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations., • Support and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
