We are looking for an experienced Production Baker to join our Central Bakery team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled baker who is confident working in a high-volume production environment and can produce high-quality bakery products with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities * Produce bakery products according to company recipes and daily production schedules. * Prepare and bake artisan breads, focaccia, brioche, pizza dough, scones, croissants, macarons, frangipane products and other bakery items. * Accurately weigh, mix, ferment, shape, proof and bake products to company standards. * Ensure consistent quality, presentation and portion control across all products. * Meet daily production targets to supply more than 20 branches. * Monitor fermentation, proofing and baking processes to achieve the best results. * Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards. * Minimise waste through efficient production and stock management. * Assist with stock rotation and ingredient preparation. * Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment. * Work closely with the Senior Bakery Chef and production team to ensure smooth daily operations. We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a modern European restaurant inspired by Spanish and Greek Mediterranean cuisine. The role combines traditional techniques with a contemporary approach and involves delivering high-quality restaurant service alongside weddings, corporate events, private dining and other large-scale catering occasions. The successful candidate will take responsibility for kitchen operations, menu development, costing, team leadership and consistent quality across à la carte dining and events. Key responsibilities • Lead the creation and execution of menus highlighting Spanish and Greek influences., • Develop seasonal menus for lunch, dinner, brunch and private events., • Design and deliver menus for weddings, canapé receptions, bowl-food service, corporate events and private dining., • Collaborate with the events team on menu planning, tastings, logistics and service flow., • Manage preparation schedules, ordering, stock control, food safety and allergen compliance., • Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, cleanliness and kitchen organisation., • Manage supplier relationships, food costs and waste to support healthy gross profit margins., • Recruit, train and develop a high-performing kitchen team., • Plan rotas, manage labour costs and support staff performance and development., • Work closely with the owner, general manager, events team and front-of-house colleagues to ensure seamless service. We are looking for a skilled and organised Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering consistently high-quality food and kitchen operations. The Sous Chef plays a key leadership role within the kitchen, helping manage daily service, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, supporting junior team members and ensuring efficient preparation and execution across all areas of production.
