The role: We are looking for an energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead FOH/BOH operations and support a strong team culture. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who wants to grow within an expanding business. Responsibilities: • Create and prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods to our exacting standards., • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the pastry section, maintaining a smooth workflow., • Supervise and mentor junior members of the pastry team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment., • Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure the quality and consistency of all products., • Manage stock levels, place orders, and control inventory to minimise waste and ensure freshness., • Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
