We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager / Supervisor to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in overseeing all aspects of our bar operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our patrons.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and motivating bar staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
- Overseeing daily bar service, ensuring high standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Implementing and maintaining robust inventory control procedures, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste management.
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Handling cash and managing daily financial reconciliations.
- Developing and updating drink menus, potentially introducing new and exciting offerings.
- Providing excellent customer service and promptly addressing any guest feedback.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven experience in a Bar Manager or Supervisor role.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of beverages, mixology, and bar service best practices.
