Yard Sale Pizza is a growing and successful hospitality business currently with 18 locations based across London and plenty more on the way! We are seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic, proactive and highly organised marketer to join our marketing team. As the Marketing Executive you will work closely with our Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, Director of Brand Marketing, Growth Director and the senior management team at Yard Sale Pizza to support our day to day marketing function, managing and building our pub partner network and assisting in all aspects of our marketing and campaigns. You will also support the team with some administrative tasks and assist with any key marketing activities and events. This role comes at an exciting time for Yard Sale and would be a great opportunity for the right person to grow with the business. What You'll Be Doing: • Supporting across our marketing campaigns & collaborations, providing creative input and reliable organisation to help deliver them., • Supporting end-to-end marketing operations by driving project timelines, aligning cross-departmental teams, and ensuring high-quality campaign delivery., • Supporting & writing copy for content., • Day to day admin for digital tasks., • Managing administrative and reporting requirements for the marketing team including pub reports, menus, wrap ups, community research, and notes/next steps from meetings., • Management of external digital and print collateral (menus/website/marketing copy etc.), • Helping to maintain marketing presence in shops to help capture content and identify additional marketing and sales opportunities., • Basic InDesign/creative responsibilities in managing marketing assets and creating new ones where possible., • Support on local business/community/charity outreach and handle incoming requests., • Assisting on all Yard Sale events including;, • Photoshoots, • Local pizza handouts, • Activation launches, • New shop openings What we're looking for: • Minimum one year experience in a marketing and/or relationship management role., • Strong knowledge and understanding of an in-house marketing function within hospitality., • Proactive, self-starting and enthusiastic approach., • Great with people and able to build relationships with pub partners, shop teams and our friends in the community across London., • Organised and reliable with a good attention to detail., • A team player with a can-do attitude., • Awareness and understanding of the Yard Sale brand and how we communicate., • Passionate about food & drink, London hospitality and keen to grow in the industry., • Creative or design ability (InDesign/Photoshop) a plus but not essential. Campaign delivery & activation • Own end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns across all brands and the marketing calendar., • Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across every customer touchpoint - in-store, digital, OOH and delivery. Who you are Essential • 5+ years in marketing with a clear digital and performance bias - ideally in hospitality, food & beverage, retail or a fast-moving consumer brand., • Proven hands-on ownership of delivery aggregator platforms (Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat) - offers, listings, menu optimisation and paid placement., • Strong paid social experience (Meta, TikTok) - you've built, run and optimised campaigns yourself, not just signed off on agency decks., • Confident with CMS and website management (Webflow, WordPress, Shopify or similar) and comfortable directing developers without being one., • CRM and email marketing execution experience (Klaviyo, Braze, Mailchimp or similar) - segmentation, lifecycle flows, automation., • Fluent in the numbers: GA4, aggregator dashboards, campaign reporting. You can build a performance snapshot and explain what to do next., • Excellent project manager - multiple brands, multiple deadlines, no dropped balls., • A high standard for creative quality, and the ability to brief and push back on agencies to get there. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES § Open and close the stall each trading day, including setup, styling, and pack down to brand standard § Welcome and engage market visitors, offering tastings and explaining the product range with warmth and confidence § Drive daily sales and build repeat custom among regular market visitors § Process transactions accurately using the card reader and cash float, and reconcile takings at the end of each shift § Manage stock levels, storage, and replenishment, ordering ahead where needed to avoid running out during trading hours § Maintain the stall, packaging, and display to a consistently high, giftable standard § Represent the Date Sultan brand professionally at all times, including tone, appearance, and product knowledge § Take full ownership of stall presentation as a standing location, keeping layout, display, and upkeep consistently excellent § Report weekly sales figures, stock needs, and any market or venue issues. Sweet Corn Stall Assistant (Part-Time) We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, reliable person to join our outdoor sweet corn stall on Berwick Street, Soho, London. This is a simple job selling one product only. Full training provided, no experience needed. Hours are part-time, usually 3 PM to 9 PM, some weekend shifts. Duties include serving customers politely, preparing and serving sweet corn, taking cash and card payments, and keeping the stall clean and organised. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, energetic, organised, hygienic and comfortable working outdoors and standing for most of the shift.
