Référence 2026-19269 Description du posteFilière/MétierEngineering - EngineeringIntitulé du posteVehicle Configuration Leader - EE architecture ContratCDIStatutCadreDescription de la missionThe vehicle configuration team, within the Electrical & Electronic Architecture department, is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and traceability of all vehicle configuration data throughout the product lifecycle.It manages baseline configurations, evaluates engineering changes, and ensures compliance with internal standards as well as customer and regulatory requirements.This role requires strong analytical skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program management).Key ResponsibilitiesConfiguration Management & ControlEstablish, maintain, and monitor baseline configurations across all phases of the vehicle programReview and validate engineering change requests (ECRs)Manage configuration management documentationEnsure alignment between engineering, manufacturing, and service configurationsProgram Support & GovernanceSupport program management in planning and executing configuration control processesPrepare configuration status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and risk assessmentsParticipate in Configuration Control Boards (CCB) to monitor product diversityData Integrity & TraceabilityEnsure full traceability between requirements, product configurations, and engineering changesProfilMinimum Qualifications:1 to 3 years of experience in electrical architecture design or electrical engineeringBachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical EngineeringStrong technical knowledge of electrical/electronic architecture designGood understanding of the automotive development processStrong communication and presentation skillsUnderstanding of typical vehicle electrical and electronic architectures and associated development processesStrong system-level analytical skillsFluency in English is required; knowledge of another European language is a plusPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and precisely convey complex topicsStrong technical knowledge in electrical/electronic functions and feature designGood knowledge of applicable standards and regulationsLocalisation du postePaysEurope, France, Franche-Comté, Doubs (25)Ville SochauxCritères candidatNiveau d'expérience min. requis3 à 5 ansLanguesAnglais (B2 - Intermédiaire (2,5 - 3,4 Bright))
