Formarás parte del área de Servicio Postventa, siendo responsable de ofrecer soporte administrativo a la actividad del departamento, asegurando una correcta gestión documental, la coordinación con clientes y proveedores, y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales (CAE). ¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades? Gestionar administrativamente las órdenes de trabajo del servicio postventa. Elaborar y realizar el seguimiento de contratos de mantenimiento y su documentación asociada. Gestionar la facturación de los servicios y realizar su seguimiento. Atender consultas de clientes y dar soporte a los diferentes departamentos. Coordinar la planificación de intervenciones y realizar el seguimiento de incidencias. Gestionar y revisar la documentación relacionada con CAE. Coordinar la documentación preventiva con clientes y plataformas especializadas (CTAIMA, Dokify, e-coordina, entre otras). Supervisar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de acceso y prevención en las instalaciones de los clientes. Colaborar en auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con PRL y CAE. ¿Qué ofrecemos? Cuentas con Formación Profesional de Grado Medio o Superior en Administración, Gestión Empresarial o similar. Aportas experiencia en posiciones administrativas, preferiblemente en departamentos de postventa o entornos industriales. Tienes conocimientos o experiencia en Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales (CAE) y Prevención de Riesgos Laborales. Has trabajado con SAP y manejas con soltura Microsoft Office. Valoras positivamente haber utilizado plataformas CAE como CTAIMA, Dokify o e-coordina . Dispones de un nivel medio-alto de inglés. Eres una persona organizada, resolutiva, con atención al detalle y capacidad para gestionar diferentes tareas de forma simultánea. Design tailor-made logistics and e-commerce solutions, negotiating rates, terms, transit times and integrations. What we’re looking for Minimum 2 years’ experience in client prospecting and business development. Portuguese C1 or higher and fluent English (B2 or higher). Spanish is needed for day-to-day work in the Madrid office. University degree in Business Administration or a related field. Driving licence (required). Based in Madrid. Commercial argumentation, business vision, prospecting techniques, CRM management and commercial data analysis. Result- and customer-oriented, with effective communication and proactivity.
