Fly with us into the future and become part of the team at one of the most innovative aircraft manufacturers in the world. • Provide legal and strategic advice on Compliance matters, with a particular focus on data protection, whistleblowing, anti-corruption, and ESG topics, as well as support on related regulatory areas., • Conduct compliance and data protection risk assessments, ensuring that projects and business processes comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements., • Manage internal investigations and whistleblowing cases, coordinating remediation and corrective actions with relevant stakeholders across the organization., • Advise on anti-corruption risks, third-party due diligence processes, and the design and implementation of related compliance controls., • Provide legal analysis and support to business units on ESG-related matters and other regulatory compliance obligations., • Support the development and continuous improvement of the Group Compliance Management System, including policies, controls, reporting, training, and awareness initiatives to strengthen the organization's compliance culture., • Master's degree in Law or a comparable qualification, • 5 or more years of professional experience in compliance or regulatory roles, ideally in an international industrial environment, • Solid knowledge of key compliance areas such as data protection, whistleblowing, anti-corruption and ESG; other listed topics is an advantage., • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex legal topics to non-legal stakeholders, • Fluency in Spanish and English (at least B2); German and other additional languages are an advantage, • High integrity, discretion and a structured, solution-oriented and autonomous working style combined with strong team-oriented and collaboration skills in international teams, • A committed, international team and unique projects, • Support for training and opportunities for personal and professional development, • The opportunity to be part of something significant: contribute to the development of a new facility in Sevilla and play a key role in shaping its future success, • Opportunities for career advancement within Pilatus Iberica and the broader Pilatus network, • A supportive and inclusive work culture that values diversity and encourages leadership, • We want to address everyone with our job ad's and are committed to diversity in our company – we are looking forward to receiving your online application #J-18808-Ljbffr
