Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Tour Guide role based in Málaga. The Tour Guide will lead scheduled walking tours, provide clear and engaging commentary, and adapt tour delivery to different group sizes and guest needs. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming guests, explaining safety guidelines, answering questions, and sharing curated historical and cultural information about Málaga. The role also involves promoting additional tours or services, managing time effectively along the route, and maintaining a professional, friendly presence throughout the experience. Tour Guides are expected to coordinate with the operations team, report feedback from guests, and help ensure a consistently high-quality tour experience. Qualifications • Ability to lead guided tours confidently, manage groups, and maintain guest engagement., • Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with diverse visitors and handle inquiries or concerns professionally., • Interest in or knowledge of local and regional history, culture, and landmarks, with a willingness to continue learning., • Basic sales skills to promote additional tours or services and support booking conversions., • Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage. (Italian and Portuguese are highly valued), • Comfort walking and standing for extended periods and working outdoors in varying weather conditions., • Organizational skills, reliability with schedules, and attention to detail in following tour routes and procedures., • Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, education, or public speaking is beneficial but not required. (Experience as a tour guide in Málaga is highly valued) Competetitive salary for a 24h/week contract, with possibility of working more hours if desired, and competitive bonuses + comission for cross selling.

Based in Mijas Costa, we provide professional sound, lighting and AV equipment for weddings, luxury villas, corporate events, concerts and private parties across the Costa del Sol (mainly Marbella–Sotogrande). We're looking for someone who: • Has experience with professional sound and/or lighting equipment., • Is confident setting up, testing and troubleshooting PA systems., • Holds a full driving licence (own transport to our base preferred)., • Speaks fluent English (Spanish is an advantage)., • Is physically fit and happy with manual work., • Is friendly, professional and client-focused., • Works well as part of a team and can occasionally work independently. Typical duties: • Prepare equipment using packing lists., • Load and unload vehicles safely., • Deliver, install and test sound & lighting systems., • Carry out sound checks and occasionally operate live sound., • De-rig events and return equipment to storage., • Report any equipment issues after each job. Reliability, good communication and a positive attitude are just as important to us as technical ability.
