Join a team that is dedicated to delivering groundbreaking products and making a significant impact on our clients' success. _ Overview of the Team The Transformation Team at IPC is responsible for coordinating all major growth and transformation initiatives, working closely with the leadership team and the Board to prioritize investments and resources to help IPC achieve its full potential. This position reports into the Director, Transformation, who is based in Madrid, Spain. Role Overview: • Own strategic and transformation projects within IPC Transformation from resource allocation, and project and portfolio-level oversight, monitoring and reporting., • Manage portfolio of program risks and mitigation plans., • Oversee the PMO process and ensure that information concerning programs (e.g., deliverables, risks, issues) passes to and from internal teams, stakeholders and management. Ensure group’s strategy, priorities and projects are being delivered on time and on budget • Develop data-based status and health criteria, drive transparent and consistent status reporting, • Own transformation and change programs spanning commercial and GTM functions (sales enablement, pipeline and revenue operations, CRM/CPQ implementations), alongside IT and enterprise-wide initiatives, • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations leadership to track pipeline health, funnel conversion, and the commercial impact of transformation initiatives as part of the portfolio, • Provide visibility on resource capacity/capability across the portfolio, spanning IT, commercial, and GTM functions, to deliver the project portfolio and perform resource planning together with other stakeholders, • Maintain master program schedule/milestones of Enterprise programs and projects, • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and re-forecasting for projects and programs within the portfolio, • Own executive status updates, report outs and risk documentation collected from all teams, • Seek to improve the consistency, predictability, and efficiency of the organization’s program/project delivery capability, • Own and ensure leverage of core program management processes and stage gate discipline (agile & waterfall) across all strategic programs and projects appropriately, • Complex Data analysis to identify trends and provide remediation plans, alongside Process reengineering when needed, • Build and maintain commercial KPI frameworks (pipeline coverage, conversion rates, revenue impact of transformation initiatives) alongside standard program RAG and milestone reporting How You Will Make an Impact: In this role you will be guiding large-scale change efforts that are aligned with strategic goals, improving efficiency, adopting cutting-edge technologies, and ensuring business agility. Your leadership not only delivers short-term project outcomes but also sets the foundation for long-term organizational growth and resilience. Essential Skills and Experience to be Successful in this Role: • Minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant experience but a strong university results could be a complement to lack of minimum experience, • Bachelor’s degree required, with preference for degrees related to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), business analytics, or finance, • Knowledge of the policies and techniques to manage a set of related projects within a program; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control the set of projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve program objectives, • Effective and succinct communicator, verbal and written, • Very advanced Excel skills, • Data analysis, • Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills, comfortable building and interrogating models (variance analysis, trend analysis, reconciliation to control totals), not just tracking a project plan, • Experience supporting or running GTM/commercial programs, such as sales enablement rollouts, pipeline management processes, CRM/CPQ implementations, or revenue operations initiatives, • Process redesign, • Process improvement, • High emotional intelligence, • Ability to work seamlessly across the organization with high-level orchestration, influence and listening skills Desired Skills and Experience: • Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques; ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing business or work processes would be a plus., • Telecommunication network infrastructure., • Experience with CRM/CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and pipeline/funnel reporting, • Exposure to sales enablement or revenue operations functions, • Experience in financial services and/or technology industry experience is a plus but not mandatory requirement for this position.
