Debido a su crecimiento, buscamos incorporar un/a: Ingeniero/a Comercial Senior – Válvulas y Flow Control (Zona Sur de España). La persona seleccionada será responsable del desarrollo comercial en la mitad sur de España (desde Madrid hacia el sur), promoviendo las soluciones de Flow Control de la compañía entre clientes pertenecientes a diferentes industrias de proceso. Se trata de una posición en remoto, preferiblemente ubicada en Huelva, Cádiz, Sevilla, Murcia o Puertollano, con el objetivo de garantizar la proximidad a la principal base de clientes y optimizar los desplazamientos. La mayor parte de los clientes se encuentran en Andalucía, Extremadura y la Región de Murcia. HR Path, líder mundial en soluciones de RRHH. • ASESORAR: Apoyamos a nuestros clientes en la transformación de su función de RRHH, a través de una redefinición de su organización de RRHH y su digitalización del SIRH, • IMPLEMENTAR: Como partner de los principales editores del mercado, llevamos a cabo proyectos de implantación técnica y funcional de todas las soluciones SIRH (SaaS u On-Premise)., • EJECUTAR: Gracias a nuestra experiencia global en nóminas, ofrecemos a nuestros clientes varios niveles de externalización de nóminas. Buscamos a un Consultor SAP HCM de nómina española, con al menos 4 años de experiencia. Funciones: • Participación en proyectos de implementación o soporte en grandes clientes., • Configuración y parametrización del módulo PY, definir y ajustar esquemas, reglas y procesos de cálculo de nómina., • Implementación de evolutivos y mejoras adaptándose a cambios legales, convenios o necesidades del cliente., • Coordinar la integración del módulo PY con PA, OM y otros sistemas externos., • Ejecutar pruebas unitarias, integrales y paralelas con sistemas anteriores., • Elaborar documentación funcional y manuales de usuario., • Formar a usuarios internos en procesos de nómina y nuevas funcionalidades., • Trabajar en coordinación con consultores técnicos, funcionales y responsables de RRHH., • Participar en reuniones de seguimiento y planificación de proyectos. Requisitos: • Mínimo 4 años de experiencia., • Experiencia en nómina española (PY-ES)., • Conocimientos de ABAP (mínimo a nivel de debugging)., • Valorables conocimientos en SuccessFactor Employee Central / SuccessFactor Employee Central Payroll.
