Somos en una empresa del sector hotelero con sede en Barcelona y buscamos un/a Digital Experience & CRM Designer apasionado/a por el diseño digital, la experiencia de usuario y la optimización continua, capaz de combinar creatividad, visión de negocio y orientación a resultados. We're looking for a Footwear & Accessories Designer with a strong creative vision and solid technical expertise to lead the development of these categories within our collections. As a Footwear & Accessories Designer at Gimaguas, you will be responsible for driving the creative and technical development of each collection, taking products from concept through to final production. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design of the footwear and accessories: including bags and small accessories within each collection., • Develop technical packs and detailed product specifications., • Research trends, materials, constructions, components and manufacturing techniques aligned with the Gimaguas universe., • Develop concepts, moodboards and creative proposals., • Design footwear and accessories, including materials, constructions, hardware, finishes, colours and silhouettes., • Follow up on technical development together with suppliers, factories and the product team., • Review prototypes, samples and fittings, ensuring the highest standards of quality, fit and execution., • Collaborate with the rest of the design team to ensure collection consistency., • Support other product categories according to team needs (cross-functional vision). Requirements • 4+ years of experience designing footwear and/or accessories within a contemporary, premium or luxury fashion brand., • Strong technical knowledge of footwear and accessories development, construction and manufacturing processes., • Experience creating detailed technical packs and working directly with factories., • Strong understanding of materials, leathers, textiles, hardware and product development., • Excellent aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail., • Ability to balance creativity with technical problem-solving., • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (knowledge of Rhino, CLO or similar software is a plus)., • Fluent in English.
