Mission The Export Sales – Europe will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the company's network of distributors across assigned European markets. The role focuses on building long-term commercial partnerships, identifying new distribution opportunities, supporting channel performance, and ensuring the successful execution of the regional sales strategy through indirect sales channels. Responsibilities Distributor Network Development • Identify, recruit, and onboard new distribution partners across assigned European territories., • Develop long-term relationships with existing distributors to maximize business growth., • Evaluate distributor performance and implement action plans to increase market penetration. Channel Management • Provide commercial guidance and ongoing support to distributor partners., • Coordinate sales initiatives, product launches, and promotional activities with distributors., • Deliver product and commercial training to strengthen distributor capabilities., • Ensure distributors comply with company commercial policies and brand positioning. Market Development • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to identify new channel opportunities., • Develop territory plans to expand distribution coverage across Europe., • Represent the company at international trade fairs and industry events to strengthen the distributor network. Reporting and Cross-functional Collaboration • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and channel performance reports., • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to support distributor success., • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular commercial reporting to management. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline., • Minimum of 5 years of international B2B sales experience managing distributor networks., • Demonstrated experience developing indirect sales channels across Europe., • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills., • Professional proficiency in English; additional European languages are highly valued., • Willingness to travel extensively throughout Europe. Preferred Experience • Experience managing industrial or technical distribution channels., • Experience working with international distributors in complex B2B environments., • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales forecasting, and channel management best practices.
