We are looking for senior desi gners (across categories) who will take ownership of key product categories within the kidswear collections, including Denim, Knitwear, Activewear, and Outerwear & Sweaters for Women or Men or T eens. This role combines strong creative sensibility with a deep understanding of commercial fashion and market trends. The person in this role will be responsible for translating trends and concepts into compelling, wearable collections that resonate with customers while meeting business objec tives. Working from concept through to final product, the designer will collaborate closely with buying, visual merchandising, production teams, and suppliers to ensure that each collection is both creatively strong and operationally fe asible. The position is suited for someone who is not only creatively driven but also highly collaborative and pragmatic, able to balance design vision with timelines, cost considerations, and product performance in the market. While the role remains deeply hands-on in the design process, its primary responsibility is to ensure that collections are commercially relevant, trend-aligned, and delivered efficiently from concept to pr oduction. Key Respon sibilities Respon sibilities:Trend research, analysis of competitor landscape and custom er behaviorDevelop seasonal design directions aligned with brand strategy (moodboards, color palettes, key fits, fabr ics, trims)Sourcing for fabric, trim and product samples worldwide — trade shows, fabric fairs, supplier visits, sho pping tripsDesign prints, graphics and surface patterns for seasonal collectionsCreate detailed tech packs (detailed sketches, artworks, hangtags). All information need to be uploaded in PLM systemFit and review samples, provide accurate correcti on commentsCollaborate cross-functionally with buying, production an d suppliersPresent design concepts to managementMentor and guide junior design t eam members Profile RequirementsDegree in Fa shion Design3–8 years experience in mass market, fast fashion or high street brandExcellent visual communication and present ation skillsCommercial mindset — ability to design for volume and price pointConfident user (advance level) of AI tools, Illustrator, Photosho p, CoralDraw3D d esign skillsStrong garment constructi on knowledgePrint and pa ttern designAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentWillingness and ability to travel international ly regularly
