    Financial Services Representative Remote Part-Time or Full-Time U.S.-Based Prestige Partners is expanding its team of Financial Services Representatives and is seeking motivated professionals interested in building a career in financial services. In this role, you will work directly with individuals, families, and business owners to understand their financial goals and provide education on areas such as retirement planning, life insurance, income protection, and long-term financial strategies. Our representatives receive structured training, mentorship, and ongoing support as they develop their knowledge of financial products, client communication, and professional relationship management. Responsibilities * Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and priorities * Provide education on retirement, protection, and financial planning strategies * Develop and maintain client relationships * Conduct client follow-ups and assist with the application process * Complete required product and industry training * Participate in team training and professional development * Maintain accurate client records and communication * Develop knowledge of financial products and insurance solutions Qualifications * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Professional, reliable, and organized * Comfortable working independently and as part of a team * Willingness to learn financial products and industry regulations * Strong interest in client service and relationship development * Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, management, or financial services is a plus * Previous financial-services experience is not required Licensing A Life & Health Insurance License is required to conduct insurance business. Candidates who do not currently hold the required license must be willing to obtain it. Licensing requirements and preparation guidance are provided. We're seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive **Executive Administrative Assistant & Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR) Specialist to support our CEO while managing key financial and administrative operations. This position is available as either remote or onsite at our Los Angeles office and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership, and can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Responsibilities * Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO. * Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and executive schedules. * Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record action items, and follow up on deliverables. * Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, research, and executive correspondence. * Draft professional emails, memos, internal communications, and LinkedIn content. * Organize confidential files, records, and business documents. * Coordinate communication between executives, employees, vendors, clients, and business partners. * Assist with special projects and administrative initiatives across the organization. * Anticipate administrative needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise. Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable * Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and payments. * Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time. * Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts receivable. * Monitor aging reports and professionally follow up on outstanding invoices. * Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies. * Assist with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. * Maintain organized, accurate, and audit-ready financial records. * Support vendor onboarding, W-9 collection, 1099 preparation, and compliance documentation. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership. * Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion. * Experience with QuickBooks and/or Sage accounting software is preferred. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities. * Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. * Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented attitude.
