Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant Compensation: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience) Location: Primarily remote with frequent travel throughout the New York City, New Jersey, and Tri-State area. We are looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant who brings calm, professionalism, and reliability to everything they do. This role is ideal a naturally soft-spoken, pleasant, and welcoming voice who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is someone who remains composed under pressure, communicates with kindness and confidence, and can represent the boss with warmth and professionalism in every interaction. What We’re Looking For • A naturally soft, calming, and pleasant speaking voice., • Extremely polite, respectful, and professional on the phone., • Patient, attentive, and an excellent listener., • Always answers calls and messages promptly and keeps communication flowing., • Highly dependable and available when the boss needs assistance., • Able to stay calm during stressful situations and solve problems without becoming overwhelmed., • Naturally kind and easy to work with, creating positive relationships with clients, vendors, and staff., • Excellent attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills., • Strong multitasking abilities while maintaining accuracy., • Trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism., • Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do., • Maintains a positive attitude and treats everyone with courtesy and respect., • Must have the flexibility and availability to travel throughout the New York City, New Jersey, and Tri-State area to assist with business meetings, events, festivals, errands, appointments, and other executive responsibilities. Responsibilities • Serve as the boss’s primary point of contact, handling calls, messages, and communications professionally., • Answer incoming calls with a warm, calming, and confident demeanor., • Manage schedules, appointments, reminders, and daily priorities., • Coordinate travel, hotels, transportation, and business logistics., • Accompany the boss to meetings, networking events, trade shows, festivals, and other business functions throughout the NYC/NJ Tri-State area when needed., • Communicate with customers, vendors, and business partners professionally., • Follow up on important tasks so nothing is overlooked., • Keep the boss informed of important developments while filtering distractions., • Help solve problems quickly and efficiently, allowing the boss to focus on growing the business., • Support hiring, scheduling, interviews, and administrative projects as needed., • Be flexible and available when important business matters arise.
