Community Outreach Representative Family Health Connect is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our outreach team in brooklyn. As a Community Outreach Representative, you will work at our outdoor information booth, speak with community members, explain our meal assistance program, and help eligible individuals complete applications on a tablet. Responsibilities: • Welcome and engage people passing by., • Explain the program clearly and professionally., • Assist with completing applications., • Answer basic questions., • Maintain a clean and organized booth.
