Make the process easy and fun for them. Show all customers how EASY and fast card payment laundry can be., • Help and coach customers on how much soap, bleach and fabric softener they should use. Always suggest they use high efficiency soap. The more you train the customers to use the right amount of soap, the fewer problems the machines will encounter., • The stainless-steel dryers are to be wiped down regularly with the special supplied stainless-steel cleaner. Different wipe cloths should be used for the washers and the dryers., • Every customer is to be thanked as they leave regardless of if you’re helping them or not., • The parking lot is to be checked throughout the day to ensure that there is no debris., • Attitude is everything - smile and get to know the customers., • Pay extra attention to children., • ASK your customers what they would like in the store to improve their experience.
