    Independent Contractor – Nanny Placement Consultant YesBabyCare | Remote | Flexible | 25% Commission YesBabyCare is seeking proactive, professional, and self-motivated Independent Contractor Nanny Placement Consultants to represent our growing childcare placement company. We are expanding in: New York • New Jersey • Philadelphia • Washington, DC • Boston • California • Florida • Texas What You’ll Do As an independent placement consultant, you will manage your assigned placements and work directly with families and caregiver candidates. Responsibilities include: • Communicating with prospective families, • Understanding each family's childcare needs, • Recruiting and searching for qualified nannies and caregivers, • Reviewing resumes and applications, • Interviewing caregiver candidates by phone or video, • Conducting initial candidate screening, • Matching qualified caregivers with families, • Presenting candidates to families, • Coordinating family/caregiver interviews, • Following up throughout the placement process, • Building your network of qualified caregivers, • Helping successfully complete placements, • Professionally representing YesBabyCare Compensation This is an independent contractor, commission-only opportunity. There is no hourly wage, salary, or guaranteed number of placements. Independent contractors earn 25% of YesBabyCare's collected placement fee for each successfully completed placement they manage, subject to the contractor agreement. Example: If YesBabyCare collects a $3,000 placement fee, your 25% commission would be $750. If you successfully complete 10 placements at a $3,000 placement fee, that would equal $7,500 in commissions. This is an earnings example only. Actual earnings depend on successfully completed and paid placements. What We're Looking For We are seeking individuals who are: • Proactive and self-motivated, • Professional and dependable, • Strong communicators, • Comfortable recruiting and interviewing caregivers, • Comfortable communicating with families, • Organized and responsive, • Resourceful and able to work independently, • Serious about developing a long-term business relationship with YesBabyCare Experience in nanny placement, recruiting, staffing, childcare, human resources, sales, or client relations is preferred.
