Name it, and tell us how you apply it on a live call., • What matters more to you: connecting and building trust with the prospect, or being the authority in the conversation? You want the call that actually decides something. Beyond that, we're not hunting for a specific resume. We're hunting for a specific kind of person. • You've played competitive sports. You know what it's like to be coached hard, to lose and go back to the film, and to perform when the moment actually counts., • You're already setting or selling in a high-ticket environment — coaching, education, home services, med spa, agency, wherever. You know the pace, the pipeline discipline, and the follow-up it takes., • You're genuinely passionate about people and education. This isn't a job you tolerate for a paycheck. You care about the outcome for the person on the other end of the phone., • You're coachable above all else. You take feedback as information, not as an attack, and you use it immediately., • You want the ramp. You're looking for the room where a setter becomes a closer, and you're willing to be trained into it. None of these are hard requirements on their own, but if one or more describes you, we want to hear from you.
