I am looking for someone to help me get jobs done . Through out the day we will be driving to different service calls weather it's power washing and doing maintenance to troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems or boilers . We will also do fresh Installs . Basically a person that will help me get the Job done .looking for some experienced using hand tools and drills . I am willing to train someone that is willing to give it their best but must know tools and how to use them . You will work side by side with me and learn . I need someone motivated and Realible . I do not care what you do out of work but when your on the clock please be punctual, sober, Realible. Work day is 8.5 hours you will get paid for 8 hours and half hour is a unpaid lunch break. We will do overtime some days and it is time and a half pay . We will also work weekends which is considered overtime not all the time but sometimes we will .

Requirements:
Minimum age of 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent.
A strong interest in learning about HVAC equipment repair
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems (training will be provided)
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting equipment, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces)
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
A valid drivers license and reliable transportation (some travel may be required)
Ability to lift 50 70 pounds
Willingness to commit to completing the apprenticeship program and pursuing a career in the trade

Good personal appearance and the physical ability to lift 50+ pounds
