Duties will very for each department but may include: -driving crews to jobsite in company trucks -installing elements of a scaled landscape plan -use of skid steers, mini track-loaders, and similar equipment -dig out, basing, and laying pavers for paver patio -construction of outdoor kitchens, firepits, water features, etc. -planting (trees, shrubs, perennials, etc) -installation of low-voltage outdoor lighting -installation of natural stone products (boulders, flagstone, etc.) If you have a passion for building projects with the highest level of quality, strong communication skills, and an eye for detail, contact us for an interview. Job Description We have been asked by a client in Noblesville, IN to help them find Mowing Crew Members. In this role, you will work as part of a crew performing hands-on outdoor work including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and professionalism. You must have commercial, high-volume mowing experience to be considered. Pay, Schedule & Benefits Pay: $18 – $24 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday Flexibility required based on weather conditions and workload needs Opportunity for consistent, year-round work What will you do as a Mowing Care Crew Member? • Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing, • Operate and maintain mowing tools and equipment safely, • Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites, • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites, • Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times, • Work collaboratively with crew members to complete jobs efficiently What qualifications will you have as a Mowing Crew Member? • Previous commercial, high volume mowing experience is required, • Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 pounds, • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail, • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team, • Reliable transportation to the job site or shop, • Valid driver’s license required We look forward to working with you! #2275LID
