What You Bring
- Valid cosmetology license
- Leadership or salon management experience preferred
- Strong coaching, communication, and organizational skills

As Salon Manager, you’ll lead daily salon operations, coach and support your team, and help create a positive, high-energy salon environment. You’ll lead by example while continuing to build your own clientele and work behind the chair.
