The Role This role will primarily focus on: • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies, • Serving as internal subject matter expert in the areas of tech, knowledge, and information systems, • Apply statistical and analytical techniques to derive insights from complex datasets, • Conduct hypothesis testing and predictive modeling to support business objectives, • Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations, • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver actionable insights, • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders using data visualization tools, • Analyze business processes and operations to identify opportunities for improvement, • Collaborate with external managed service provider to perform day to day technology support related to software, hardware and cloud based services Relevant Skills, Qualifications and Experience Desirable • Data science, library science, information systems, information technology, or similar certification or degree, • 2+ years of directly relevant experience, • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint would be a plus, • Strong project management skills, • Excellent computer skills, including Excel and other Microsoft Office apps Compensation Range: $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with knowledge, skills and experience.
