MVK is an international premium nail salon group with studios across Ukraine, Austria, Germany, Poland, Spain and the UK. Our first US location opened in June 2026 at 69 Reade Street, Tribeca, and we are still building the founding team. We specialise in structured manicures, healthy natural nails and precision work. Appointment-only, quality over volume — craftsmanship comes first here, not turnover. Requirements: • Valid New York State Nail Specialty License, • 2+ years of experience, • Expert in structured manicure / builder gel (BIAB), hard and soft gel systems, • Immaculate e-file cuticle work and natural nail preparation, • Strong shaping, apex control and a flawless finish, • Strict sanitation and sterilization discipline, • Professional, reliable, punctual, • Conversational English; Ukrainian, Russian a plus What we offer: • Approximately $1,000– $2,500 + per week including tips, based on experience and schedule, • Tribeca clientele, appointment-only, high average ticket — your book fills itself through online booking, • Tips are 100% yours, paid out transparently through our booking system, • Premium products and tools, all materials provided, • Paid master classes with our educators from Kyiv, Vienna and Warsaw — European technique, on site, • Genuine growth path — we promote lead technicians and studio managers from within Send us a message with a few photos of your recent work and your license status.
