  Job Description About the Job As a Fabrication Lead / Shop Manager at Bengston Millwork, you'll play a key role in leading a small, highly skilled team of craftspeople producing exceptional custom furniture, architectural millwork, cabinetry, retail displays, and specialty fabrication projects.
