Goosefeather is the flagship restaurant of Food Crush Hospitality, founded by Chef Talde and his wife, Agnes Talde. Our back-of-house team works under the leadership of Executive Chef Jeremiah Shoemaker, who is dedicated to fostering creativity, precision, and teamwork in the kitchen. About the Roles • Execute dishes with precision and consistency, following Goosefeather standards., • Maintain a clean, organized station throughout service., • Communicate clearly with fellow cooks and FOH staff., • Participate in prep, service, and breakdown., • Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols. Qualifications • Strong work ethic and reliability., • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team., • Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment., • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays., • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs., • Fluency in spoken and written English is helpful but not required. Physical Requirements • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts., • Comfortable with frequent bending, reaching, and carrying., • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
